how to survive in Germany, Deutschland without cultural barriers, best and worst of Germany

Endless rules in Germany

Once you move to Germany you start getting a constant feedback, that you unintentionally broke some rule.

Rule you had no idea about.

And could not even imagine they existed in that situation.

It brings to the point where you live in constant fear. That even when you follow all the 1000+1 rules you are aware of… some unknown rules are lurking on every corner.

Every step you take.

Even every breath you take.

You just don’t know where from they might pop out. Every moment.

    No reason for fear!
The liberating point is when you notice that nothing happens if you break these rules. That’s the difference between laws and rules, but then you have this in every other country, too.

Thanks Andreas! I really had a feeling that people are very serious about following the rules. I understand rules are for the sake of the same people but at some point its scary to breath the air in without permission 😀

I LOVE breaking rules. I always enjoy the flabbergasted look of others when they realize that their rules aren’t binding on anyone else.

Absolutely. On top of that, I am a lawyer. But none of these factors prevent me from being a cool guy. 🙂

Man, you are unbelievable!!! Ok I have to admit, hearing this advice from a German lawyer is highly encouraging! 🙂
